Some quick tips for listing on DealLive and CraigsList.org

* Expand Listing
If you go anywhere from time to time and know that you will be making a trip soon include in your listing that you will be in that area at that time, that way you will increase your chance of selling your item or items.

* Include Picture

The first picture that you include is free, so if you can help it get what detail you need to disclose in one picture. Even if you don't have a digital camera you can buy a disposable camera and get the pictures put on a CD. You'll be able to sell 24 items per each camera. You can use a stock photo of some items. Investing in a digital camera can be a good idea if you have a lot of items to sell or if you want to have it to save on all of your pictures.
* Write True and Detailed Descriptions
When you write your descriptions try and make them detailed and true.
* Sell What You Got
Since it is free to list an item sell anything that you have! Also it doesn't hurt to look around at clearance sales and garage sales. Just keep in mind that it is an item that you are certain you'll be able to sell.
* Be Patient
Ads are listed for a 30 day period on DealLive, but you can relist ads for free so if something doesn't sell in a month relist it. If you feel that you need it you can use listing enhancements, however they are not free, to drive more buyers to your items.
